On behalf of the Decatur-DeKalb Retired Educators Association (DDREA), I will offer a 1-hour workshop on the writing of memorable stories from past experiences.

I'll discuss my writing process and journey as well as the story behind the stories of my books, including my latest, Watch What You Say.

I'll be a guest author chatting with attendees about my books.

Kim Conrey and I will be talking about romance in books and life at this A Novel Idea event.

I'll be on a panel discussing critique groups and helping workshopping participants in a critique group session.

I will discuss my experiences reading and writing historical fiction (including Hardscrabble Road, Return to Hardscrabble Road, and The Five Destinies of Carlos Moreno) at this free event, open to the public.

I'll be discussing the importance of telling our stories and how I've helped others do this through my personal service and through the Atlanta Writers Club

Kim and I will be doing an hour-long local author talk for Perimeter Adult Learning Services (PALS) participants.

I'll participate on a panel about the epidemic of book banning in America, sponsored by the National Council of Jewish Women.
