Jake and
the Tiger Flight

12-year-old Jake Skyler becomes obsessed with the twin-tailed, tiger-striped Aircoupes flown by the Tiger Flight Formation Flight Team. He dreams of learning to fly, but faces mounting obstacles from his parents and friends. To make his goal a reality, Jake the daydreamer must learn focus and self-discipline, with help from the pilots of the Tiger Flight.
“Jake and the Tiger Flight is a great read for the whole family. The author manages to weave some important lessons on life into an exciting story that I know everyone will enjoy. Speaking as a person who has been lucky enough to live my dream and spend my entire adult life in and around aviation, I believe this book is the perfect motivator for that young boy or girl with a similar dream.” - Gil Rud, Blue Angels Flight Leader 1986-1988

I received my Tiger Flight Patch and I LOVED the book. It encouraged me to join Civil Air Patrol Rome Composite Squadron and it also made me realize that I had a great interest in aviation just like Jake.

Thank you and God Bless You.
